Slacktronics Products and Services:

Slacktronics has currently deployed ExDesk.Com to address the needs of the I.T. support industry and will be following that release up with complimentary systems and services that will complete an entire support suite. The ultimate goal is to provide a full support solution to VAR's and System integrators, I.T. Support professionals and Call Center operations.


Our current and planned services and their launch dates are:

  • On-line trouble ticketing systems - completed as of October 15th, 2001
  • Wireless support tools - in development with an expected release of Q1 2002
  • Knowledge bases - in development with an expected release of Q2 2002
  • Call center service request processors - expected release of Q3 2002
